1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect order placement by the customer are not accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@kidultlife.com
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review the request and get back to you within 2–3 business days

4. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • Returned items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges (₹99 or otherwise) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products on sale or clearance (if applicable)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
